What soon followed was a grandly envisioned plan for a residential living experience par excellence

    • RCC frame structure with masonry partitions
    • Internal masonry — Good quality table moulded bricks / Aerocon blocks / Concrete blocks completed with plaster will be used and laid

    • SS Backing Plate - A 24" x 2" stainless steel backing plate shall be installed behind the cooking hob
    • Electric oven, Microwave, one AC and Fan will be provided in all kitchen units
    • Bedroom Toilets - Western Style, Porcelain EWC of catalano / equivalent.
    • Wash Basin - Procelian wash basins of catalano / equivalent bathrooms will be provided with shower cubicle, rain shower and a hand shower.
    • Overhead Showers - Overhead showers of Grohe / Kohler make shall be provided.
    • Master Bedrooms - Rain shower will be provided.
    • Faucets - All faucets shall be CP, colour coordinated, heavy body metal fittings of Grohe / Kohler.
    • Hot water connection will be provided to the shower, wash basin in each bathroom and to the sink in the kitchen.
    • Plumbing - All external water supply lines & drainage lines shall be in PVC pipes Internal water supply lines will be in Concealed CPVC Pipes.
    • Main door - Teakwood frame with teakwood veneer shutters. Height - 8 feet.
    • Other doors -Teakwood frame and shutters with natural wood veneer finish. Height - 8 feet.
    • The Internal door shutters and frames shall have a melamine matte finish.
    • Aluminium windows / UPVC with mosquito mesh
    • 3-Phase supply with independent meters and phase change facility in each apartment
    • Concealed electrical wiring with Finolex Cables or equivalent make and sufficient points with Legrand or equivalent modular switches
    • False Ceiling will have LED lights
    • Data Points and CAT 6 Cable with networking option for all bedroom and living areas.
